Claas was born in Frankfurt (Oder) which is at the border to Poland. He is currently in a Master study program of Medical Biotechnology at University of Rostock and a Student assistant at Art Cline, in Rostock, Germany where his responsibilities include the control of patient serum, work in cell culture, and FACS analysis. Claas enjoys sport and music. He participated in a boys’ choir for about 11 years, has a sister (23) and a brother (19).
